“Please be cautious when considering making a purchase from this dealer. We purchased a Ford Fusion 3 months ago and it needs a new transmission. When we went to register the car at the BMV, the clerk asked where we purchased the car from and when we told her she said the place was horrible. She said she purchased a used vehicle and it gave out on her almost immediately. And now we have experienced the same thing. People don’t just have $4k to throw away but unfortunately that is what we have to do. This place is a fraud and only looking to take your money. Please be cautious! My husband purchased a tan Ford Fusion in late November for our teenage son. I can provide the vin if necessary. Time is valuable to me and I would never waste it by providing false information. Thank you.”

“I had a great experience working with this dealership during my recent vehicle purchase. The staff was professional, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process. They took the time to answer my questions and made sure I understood each step, which made me feel comfortable and confident with my purchase. Even during the payment process, the team remained supportive and communicative while everything was being finalized. I really appreciated their professionalism and willingness to work with me. Overall, the process was smooth, and I’m very happy with my vehicle. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a reliable and professional car-buying experience.”

“I recently went to see a 2011 Chrysler Town & Country that the dealer’s website described as being “packed with luxury.” The listing highlighted the following features: Family Luxury: Heated leather seats (front and second row), heated steering wheel, and dual-zone climate control Entertainment & Tech: Rear-seat DVD player, navigation system, and power sliding doors and liftgate Ultimate Convenience: Remote start Unfortunately, several of these features were not actually included. The vehicle had cloth seats that were not heated, the rear “DVD player” was only a storage compartment for a unit (no player installed), and there was no remote start. When I pointed this out to the salesperson, I was told that they simply scan the VIN and use whatever information populates, without verifying that the vehicle actually has those features. While the missing features themselves were not deal-breakers for me, inaccurate advertising is. Listing features that the vehicle does not have feels misleading and appears to be a tactic to increase interest and justify pricing. Because of this experience, I would not recommend making a special trip to this dealership.”

“I bought a car about a month ago and I am not incredibly excited about my purchase. I ended up with a not so good transmission. I paid $4800 for the car and there are some normal wears and tears like the heat not turning off which I can tolerate. I replaced the tires and wipers which was another $600. I asked them to look at the transmission and they did a flush but made me pay for the fluid. Not sure I was happy with that but I did but it as is. For anyone buying from them the customer service is good but make sure to really take a mechanic with to test drive and make sure to ask if you can go further than a block because that is all we were allowed to go which should have been my first demand. Had I demanded to go further I would have noticed the poor transmission.”
