“We went to the dealership to look at their Broncos. We met with Chad and he did a great job showing us several. He gave us a price of a used one with extremely low miles, and we decided to move forward. They gave us a decent price on our trade in. However we found out the price for the vehicle was higher than we were told. Chad told us it was $27,999 and their website listed it at the same price. Our final deal showed it at a price of $29,395. Wasn't enough to make us not take the deal, because we love the vehicle. However, don't change the price of the vehicle after the fact. That's bad business. A lot of people would have backed out of the deal after that. If you quote a price and have it listed at that, stick to it. Overall it was a good experience, despite this. Would we go back to them? No. We prefer honesty and integrity in a company.”
