“I had to modify my review. The “certified” car that I have purchased is so problematic. Every other week there is an issue. I do not recommend this dealership to anyone. Acura in Laurel is amazing. They are professional and do the job correctly. I will be contacting the better business bureau because the car was not certified appropriately.”

“I leased a 2024 Acura ZDX Type S a few months ago. My salesperson was excellent — professional, courteous, and made the sales process smooth.
To help move inventory, I agreed to take one of the oldest new ZDXs on the lot, and the deal was worked and approved by the General Manager, Sabbir. I agreed to the terms based on that approval.
When I came out of finance to see the vehicle, it had not been properly detailed. There was damage to an interior trim piece near the cup holder, a visible stain on the front passenger seat, and the windshield had noticeable scratches, consistent with ice-scraper damage. At the time of delivery, the vehicle already had approximately 500 miles, so it may have been used as a demo, but this was never clearly explained.
When I raised the issues, Sabbir suggested the windshield damage was caused by my tint installer, even though I drove directly from the dealership to the tint shop after delivery. The installer noticed the scratches immediately, I took photos, and I contacted the dealership the same day. I was told the windshield could be “buffed.” Nearly two months later, a glass vendor attempted a repair, but the scratches are still present. Replacing the windshield was suggested early on, but that was never done.
The passenger seat stain has also not been removed, even after having the interior cleaned.
I also requested a higher-mileage lease, which Sabbir declined without attempting to structure an alternative, leaving me with a 7,500-mile lease that does not fit my driving needs.
While the salesperson was great, the post-sale handling by management was disappointing, and the vehicle still has unresolved issues.”

“This review is not for having my car serviced but more for management's lack of response to the poor driving of its drivers in the area. A service van (picture below) was driving around Gaithersburg this morning - Midcounty Hwy and then turned on Woodfield. Not only was the vehicle driving without their headlights on despite the rainy day, they were driving unsafe and showed explicit signs of road rage. I called the Service center and asked for a manager and left a message on his voicemail since I was advised that he was not in yet (maybe driving said van?? - just conjecture, obviously).
When you have a company's name that is highly visible on the vehicle you are driving, the expectation (especially as a car dealership) is that the vehicle is driving according to the rules of the road. The blatant disregard for the safety of its employees and the public is unfortunate. This dealership is advertising their brand while not caring about harming their community, I question whether they could possibly care about the customers they supposedly serve.”
