“I bought a used car here, and before driving it out of the lot, I told the sales staff that the tire pressure sensor was faulty and needed to be repaired or replaced. They told me to just drive it home and schedule a return visit later. It took me a few days to finally get an appointment, and I drove nearly 45 minutes to get there, then waited for another hour and a half, only to be told that a genuine Toyota tire pressure sensor costs nearly $1,000 and that they weren’t going to do anything about it.
I also requested a maintenance history check, a steering system inspection, and a general vehicle check-up, but they didn’t do any of those things, even though I clearly said to just let me know the cost—I would be willing to pay. I’m really disappointed with this experience because their attitude and responsibility. It feels like the customer is left to deal with everything on their own, and they always have excuses, especially because it’s a used car.
In the end, I had to pay out of pocket to replace the tire pressure sensor outside just more than a hundred bucks but I feel that the way dealer handling customer issues is very poor, and I truly don’t want to return.
Note: When buying a used car, make sure that everything in the vehicle is working perfectly. Inspect the vehicle thoroughly before leaving the lot because the salesperson or dealer will never tell you anything about the vehicle’s condition. Once you drive it off the lot, everything in the vehicle becomes your responsibility. They will never keep their promises after you drive the vehicle home — that’s the truth.
It’s shameful that nobody is willing to turn down the offer when you call after a customer leaves a bad review. The reputation of a dealership is not worth for just a few hundred dollars.”

“Greg in sales department was extraordinary and one of the best we've ever worked with buying a vehicle. Straight up with the whole buying experience. No sleazy salesman tactics at all. We live in Athens and drove to Milton Martin because all of the dealers in our hometown are terrible to try and buy from. And we'll be back definitely to deal with Greg and Milton Martin. Thanks again guys for everything.”
