“My credit was not in the best situation and I looked around in dealerships that are buy here pay here, but then I thought, I used to work with these people I went in and both Kevin and Rachelle made me feel like I was still part of the family. I had a decent down payment but I thought I was going to get a crappy car and a terrible deal instead in less than an hour I had this beautiful SUV which it was what I wanted. Kevin brought it before he even ran my credit and told me start with this one and come back in two years and we will get you a much nicer car. The NISSAN ROGUE is beautiful in excellent conditions, not too many miles on it. I was stoked as soon as I sat on it and drove it. I am so happy not only because the car is awesome, full moon roof, I got GAP included they also helped me to get a great deal with Progressive to get an excellent insurance. I never thought I was going to leave with such an awesome vehicle. If you need a reliable beautiful car you have to go see them. The process was so easy. I don’t even know if it took more than an hour. I can’t wait to go get my service in there to see them, they are good honest people. They will work with you. I have a really good job and changed my life around but I hit some bumps on the road before I became the man I am today. I am strongly recommend you go see them, and you will not be disappointed. “I had a terrible experience with this dealership and want to warn others before they go through the same. I purchased a vehicle from them, and right away it was making a lot of noise. I paid them to fix it, but instead of installing new parts, they put on old rotors and brake pads and still charged me for brand-new ones. It honestly felt like they reused parts from another car. When I asked for my money back, they refused and instead offered me three free oil changes, which is completely unacceptable. It has been over a year, and I still haven’t received my refund. To make matters worse, they sold me the car as “clean” with no accidents, but I later found out it had been in three accidents. I lost over $10,000 because of their dishonesty. Please don’t go to this place. They are not trustworthy and will take advantage of you.”
