“If you want to be treated like less than, I recommend auto world of Georgia! Paid in full for the vehicle but was given the run arounds for almost 2 months. Anytime I asked to speak with upper management they were never there. Ironic right ? The people we dealt with were unprofessional and nonchalant. On top of waiting an extensive amount of time to receive the vehicle, many imperfections and flaws within the car were not brought up or talked about. You would think paying in full you’ll get a little more respect and they’d have some incentive to get you the vehicle a little bit quicker. This was not the case. I highly recommend going somewhere else if you’re in the market for buying a car.”

“If I could give a 0 I would. I worked with Kendall, Vic and Chris for a whole week. I explained I had bad credit, they supposedly got me financed...the horrible experience started there. It took 6 days, and finally I gave up. Chris was the worst. He would say, I will call you back in an hour and he never would, I would have to call him. Kendall basically answered the phone even though he was the salesman. I asked for video as I live in another state and never got them. I asked for vehicle to be delivered, Kendall told me it could basically same day if early enough, Chris said 2 to 3 business days. I was sent to a banks online portal and it constantly changed. I was asked for proof of SSI and sent it but the bank kept asking for it. I dont think Chris was sending them our information. When I would talk with Chris he always seemed agitated, always put walkins above our calls, never returned calls, and when myself of my husband talked to him he talked over us. Vic is the owner or so I was told, I spoke to him once and he said I would have to wait on Chris as he was off, ok, but your the owner. Then when Chris was back he said he had to talk with the owner but he was at market...so I finally threw in the towel. Everytime I stated I felt frustrated or wasnt being treated with respect I was told they had other buyers and one lady had even put a deposit down on the vehicle I was buying. Dont trust them and dont use them. Fair warning. Most frustrating experience of my life.”

“I had a great experience buying a used Tundra from this dealership. They were reasonable in regards to working out a deal that made sense for both of us. They also welcomed me bringing a mechanic to check out the vehicle. It was a low pressure environment which I also appreciated. I’m happy with my purchase and would do business with them again without a second thought!”
