Scheduled oil change and tire rotation in quick lane. Quoted $139 on phone got there and was asked if I wanted tires balanced said sure only to be charger $79 for service that i was not told would be extra along with a $50 shop fee. Went to pick up and got a $280 bill after being quoted $139 Deceptive add ons not being told it would be extra. Only to be called by the manager with an apology but not offered anything to make it right. Most other ford dealers shop fees are around $10. Don't be ripped of. Will never come back to this dealership .

Bought a vehicle from another dealership ( cough astro ford cough ) and had an issue with fixing something that happened two after I bought. Manufacturer defect. Issue still wasn’t fixed after a year. Brought my Bronco to J Allen in Gulfport and they fixed my issue in a week. Less than actually. Great customer service. They actually call you back and do what they say.

If you’re unsure about shopping at J. Allen Ford because of the previous owner, I want to share my experience to put your mind at ease. I’m a retired Market Professor and have visited many dealerships over the years to test drive and buy cars. I’ve dealt with pushy salespeople, felt insulted during paperwork, and even seen some unethical behavior. My recent purchase of a 2025 Ranger from Brian, Maddix, Roy, and Lucy was completely different. I took several days and visits to make my decision, and the sales team always respected my pace. They never pressured me to negotiate. Every question I had was answered clearly, and they always followed up quickly with helpful information. At one point, I even decided to hold off on buying and explained my reasons. Eventually, I made an offer I thought they would never accept. When Brian got back to me, I was ready for a no, but to my surprise, they agreed to all my terms. Like with other dealerships, I started out feeling nervous, but my experience at J. Allen Ford showed me they really are working to make car buying better. From what I saw, they’re making great progress.

Brian Ramirez was my salesman. He got me the deal I needed and made sure I was taken care of. I cannot remember the finance guys name (the teddy bear) but he was awesome, as well! Great prices for n vehicles!
