I was an out of state buyer and Jess made this whole process enjoyable and so much easier. They were honest, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. Jess is exactly the kind of person who helps a dealership continue to grow and succeed. If every salesperson provided this level of service, buying a car would always be a pleasure. Outstanding customer service from start to finish.

Horrible Experience!! DO NOT BUY from this dealership! I thought I could trust buying a car from a dealership, but I was wrong! First off the sales man Steve, talked about buying marijuana the whole time and the best places to go buy it from. I was very uncomfortable and felt distracted the whole time obviously because they knew the car had issues. Then when we bought the car, the engine light went off within the first 2 months. Dylan who works in service said they had the wrong inspection stickers and needed them to get reprinted. I thought that was strange but went along with it asking if they could see why the engine light was going on while they corrected the inspection stickers they printed in mistake? I drove in an hour and half away to get the cars new stickers and have the engine checked. Dylan said that there needed more diagnostics to be done and when they had a rental car he would let me know. After two weeks I contacted them seeing when they would have a rental car ready so we could get the car serviced in as it was not our fault the light was spreading just a month after purchase. Dylan said they had a rental car ready however we unfortunately got into a car accident and was unable to come. No one reached out or thought to set up the service and the car was never fixed. Now we are told a timing belt needs replaced by another car shop on the car and this dealership will not help us AT ALL!! We never got the engine light serviced, the timing belt went bad that doesn’t just happen less then a year after purchase and there’s motor in the oil from the worn down timing belt. We paid 400$ to get the car towed back to groove cify dealership hoping to get our car fixed, money returned for the purchase, or a new car considering the car had issues very soon after purchase but the general manager Oak Moser does not want to help us AT ALL! We are a young family of 6 that needs a second running car and thought we were buying one from a dependable, reliable, trust worthy dealer but we were very wrong. Not one sorry for this inconvenience, not one we will help you. It’s like as soon as they took our money they could care less what happens to you and your family in the car they just sold to you and that’s SCARY!! I will be contacting a lawyer and seeing what options I have as well as contacting the BBB.

We bought a vehicle this evening and it was the best experience we have ever had purchasing a vehicle. Our salesman Zayne was fantastic, he got us where we needed to be on price and he was always very respectful and super personable and made it such an easy process. Toni that did the financing was an absolute joy. She was very easy to talk to and made everything very easy to understand. She went over all the extra things we could add in detail but was never pushy about us adding anything. I could also hear the other salesman talking to each other and it just seemed like they treated each other with so much respect and were always helping one another. It was a great experience from the beginning to end! Highly recommend!!!

Jeff was great to work with on my Commerical Vehicle purchase. They brought the truck from the dealership in grove city to my shop in gibsonia. The team made the deal easy and I was very pleased. Will recommend to other people. Came back a few weeks later to trade in my personal truck and get a new Silverado on a lease. Jeff, Johnathon, Josh, and Toni helped make that deal happen as well. Probably maxed out on vehicles for a little bit but I’d recommend the team at Diehl to anyone looking for any vehicle. I believe they gave me the best deal they could!
