“I had to have a HVJB replaced in my mach-e. I called several places which all said at minimum it would be a week to just look at the car to confirm. I called Kirk auto service department and Brittany said they’d be able to look at it the same day. I dropped it off a few days later when I was able too and they did indeed confirm the issue the same day. Two days waiting for the part to arrive due to logistics, cars in the shop the next day for the replacement. Fantastic turn around time and definatly exceeded my expectations on how long I’d be out my car. Would highly recommended them and would definitely bring my car back for future services.
