“If you would like top-notch customer service and vehicle care, make sure to take your car to Lockhart Cadillac of Greenwood!! They drove to Bloomington, IN to pick up my car, delivering it safely to Greenwood for service, then brought it back in a timely manner later that week after my laundry-list of repairs were completed! Doug Haggard is an amazing Service Advisor to work with! He is very thorough with reviewing the initial Quote all the way to the payment process and the return of baby (vehicle). Thank you for all you do Lockhart! Your work and customer service is always amazing!”

“2025 CT-5 /4 cylinder w/turbo. Check engine light went last weekend. Monday arranged schedule with service. Was advised they are seeing others with this problem "the pvc sencer and hose draws moisture from the outside and when the engine is cold, small amount of ice can effect the sencer, causing the check engine light to go on". The ice will melt, so no issue mechanically. However the check engine light will remain on (service has cleared the light, but could go on again). Service advised GM is on back order for these items (3 before me) with no forecasted schedule. So need to bring in again "when" the parts arrive at the dealership.”

“I highly recommend Lockhart Cadillac of Greenwood…and don’t forget to ask for Brad Vancleve when you arrive and need to speak to a salesman to help you with your new or used vehicle purchase. Brad has been very helpful from start to finish with the purchase of my 2023 Toyota Corolla LE. It will hopefully be a while before I will be buying again, but when I do, I will be sure to see what this car lot has to offer. Thanks for a great experience.”

“I took my Cadillac to this dealership to fix a transmission issue, and not only did they not fix the problem, but they also managed to make things worse. When I got my car back, I noticed the door panel was damaged — something that was not there before I brought it in. When I pointed it out, they completely denied any responsibility and refused to make it right. The lack of honesty and professionalism is shocking, especially from a Cadillac dealership that’s supposed to represent a luxury brand. I expected quality service and integrity, but instead I got excuses, poor communication, and a car in worse condition than when I dropped it off. I would strongly recommend taking your vehicle elsewhere if you value transparency and competent service.”

He wanted us to be happy with our purchase. Thank you again for being amazing, transparent, friendly, and not pushy! I also want to say it was a great deal on the car and for trading in our old car they gave us a great value on our trade in didn't try to under cut us on our trade! I would be happy to come back and purchase from Ryan again !”
