First, easy appointment making w/ Joey who also was knowledgeable and answered multiple question.
Day of service: Mike gave me more info. I left car there 2+ hours… and car was ready to go, as promised.
I’ve had servicing at D & R for 15 years. Exceptional customer service.”

“Outstanding service! Brought my 2018 M550i in for a pre-purchase inspection, and there were some small items found for repair. Tony worked with my extended warranty to get things moving forward for repair…Tony handled all the calls and the warranty paperwork despite his work load. Super impressed with their customer service from the front beginning to end. Tony, Mike and front desk lady (I think her name is Hanna) were awesome. I didn’t meet the tech who handled my work, but everything was in order and clean. Thank you all for the great customer service and work!”

“BMW South offers the best experience in town!! I have owned several different brands of vehicles and BMW by far has the best service I’ve ever experienced. Paul from the sales team provided a top notch experience when we purchased the vehicle!! Tony is my service rep and he is amazing!!!
