“It was a pleasure purchasing my car from Lexus with Brooke. I loved that he was not pushy and aggressive like most car dealers can be. His service was great. That was until I realize he sold me a car that has one door that is a different color.red from the rest of my car. I took it back and they pretty much blew me off saying they don't recommend that I have it painted to match the rest of the car and that they were not aware of it. I even contacted corporate who attempted to mediate the situation. Darcars lied and told corporate they reached out to me to resolve the matter but never did. I love my car but I will never purchase from them again because of this. There is too much money involved to have a vehicle that has a door that is a different color from the rest of the car.”
