“Avoid UniWorld Auto Shop if you expect accountability after the sale. My Chevrolet Camaro (V8) suffered a complete engine failure (engine locked/seized) within the 45-day post-sale period. Instead of standing behind the vehicle or offering any real assistance, I was told that everything was my responsibility — including paying out-of-pocket to tow the car over an hour back to their location and then paying again for diagnostics and repairs. Despite the engine failure occurring within the 45-day window, there was no urgency, no ownership, and no meaningful support. Vague statements about “helping” amounted to nothing. No clear explanation, no options, no willingness to work with me just a blunt message that I was on my own financially. An engine locking up is not a minor issue it’s a catastrophic failure. How a shop responds to something this serious says everything about their integrity. In this case, the response was dismissive and unprofessional, leaving me stranded and financially stressed. If you’re considering buying or servicing a vehicle here, understand this clearly: once there’s a problem — even within their stated time window — you should not expect them to stand behind it. Proceed with extreme caution.”
