“I want to warn anyone purchasing a vehicle from Green Ford to watch out when it comes time to use their “Lifetime Power Train” warranty, as well as their ESP 1000+ warranty. My story is to long to explain my case here but in short, neither of these warranties would cover a “Known” transmission issue Ford is aware of on my 2019 Ford-F150 Lariat. I have bought three new vehicles over the years from them and it was the first time I had to use them for a repair using warranties I purchased from them. Besides working with a customer, their main goal is to find any loop holes in the warranty writings to get out of covering you. I even showed a case where I strictly followed my manual’s scheduled maintenance. After providing sceeenshots and such, the service manager helping me stopped communicating with me. I even called and tried to talk to the general manager but they would.not connect me directly to him nor has he returned my call. I will NEVER do business with them again and I would advise everyone to be cautious when working with them when you need service which may require using one of their warranties!”

“They were great on the phone and having an appointment is meaningless. We drove an hour and half to get our time wasted. Truly disappointing. I don't think we've ever been treated worse by a dealership in my life, but we did end up going to their competitors down the street to purchase a really nice car the same day. We didn’t expect the runaround we received. We came to look at a car that was supposed to have already been brought over from another location. Our appointment was at 3:30. We arrived, checked in, and waited 20 minutes without even a greeting from our salesperson, “Chris.” We understand that things get busy, so we asked them to call us when Chris was ready since we had other cars in the area we planned to see. By 4:20, we still hadn’t received a call, so I called them. Evelyn said the car was there and claimed she had called me three times and sent a text. The only message I had from her was from 1:30 earlier that day, before we arrived. She asked us to come back, and I agreed. We returned expecting the car to be ready for us to see. We checked in again at 4:30, assuming both the car and Chris would be ready. Another salesperson approached us and said they were still going to get the car from the other location. He didn’t introduce himself, so I’m not even sure if that was Chris. After all the back and forth, we decided not to wait any longer. I still don’t know if we ever actually met Chris, but I hope this review is helpful. Please treat other people’s time like it matters. If you’re going to schedule an appointment, everything should be ready at that time. Please do better.”

“I spoke with "JC" on the phone. I told him that the engine was not turning over and I thought it was sized. He said " He will "work with me ". JC told me to come in with proof of income and the registration. I made an appointment for 6 pm on Friday January 16th. When I arrived at Green, I was told that JC wasn't available, and I should check in and have a seat. A gentleman in a pretty turquoise sweater approached me and informed me that "JC WAS WRONG. WE ARE NOT INTERESTED IN YOUR TRUCK BECAUSE THE ENGINE IS NOT WORKING. JC HAS BEEN HERE LONG ENOUGH TO KNOW BETTER. WE WILL SCRAP IT AND IT WILL GO TO GRIFFIN'S SCAP YARD, AND MAYBE 'WE' WILL GIVE YOU $500.00 FOR IT" A total waste of my time! I went down the street to ENTERPRISE CAR SALES and bought a 2024 RAM TRUCK with a 3 year warranty with 0 dollars down. Life is too short to WASTE YOUR TIME at GREEN FORD. ENTERPRISE CAR SALES sells vehicles that were bought from the manufacturers, maintained properly and priced fairly. If you want honest, transparent interaction when you are buying a used vehicle, go see Mr. James at Enterprise Car Sales. There is NO REASON to go to GREEN FORD, unless you want the typical DEALERSHIP BS! Why would you want to waste your time?”
