“Robert Goode my service advisor was honestly great to work with! Brought my 8 series coupe in for repairs and warranty was through a third party company, knew it could get complicated. Got the car inspected quickly, sent me video and details, uploaded the claim, worked with their adjustor, and really pushed to get it approved. Stood up for me as the customer and because of that the entire rear differential was replaced under warranty. Also kept in touch with me by email, gave me updates, and arranged a loaner which made the whole process much easier. Really enjoy driving this beautiful machine now.
