“I was excited about getting a car. I went and spoke with Alicia who was absolutely professional. She allowed me to take the vehicle (2019 Sentra) for a test drive. I informed her I was going to take the car to the mechanic before purchasing it and she was fine with that. I went to the mechanic and found it the transmission was going and the axel was bent the rims were bent and the shocks was leaking. I returned the vehicle and have them the paperwork, just then the owner came out and she handed him the paperwork and he threw the paperwork back on her desk and said I'm front of me if she doesn't want to buy the vehicle who cares and continue to walk away. The look on poor Alicia face was priceless to say morning of mines and the way he made me feel as a customer. Then they proceeded to park that same vehicle back on the lot... SMH. I would never buy anything from them. Alicia is awesome she just needs to work for a honest dealership because these people are very fraudulent, glad I did not spend my money with them.”
