“I was very stressed about purchasing a car for the first time especially as a woman, but decided to take a chance at this local business. Upon browsing vehicles for a few months I finally came across a car I wanted. Ammar quickly reached out to schedule a visit and answered a list of questions I had over the phone. When I arrived, he got straight to business helping me trade in and test drive. His staff was very kind and courteous. Ammar secured me an excellent financing rate, beating my pre-approval (which I did not expect at all). Ammar also gave me the space and time I needed to sit at his desk and talk things through with my dad on the phone before signing anything. I felt a little bad taking up his time, but I was very stressed and needed to be sure about my decision. He remained patient, answered every question thoroughly, and made the entire experience as smooth and painless as possible. Although the dealership is smaller, they have a surprisingly large selection, and a welcoming family owned atmosphere. They rely on car fax reports, which I appreciated, and strive to be transparent. His staff is very attentive, knowledgeable, and also accommodating to non-English speakers as well. I’ve also had to work through an issue with the title on the vehicle I traded in. Ammar has continued to be open, transparent, and supportive as I sort that out. He is truly going the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction even after the purchase. “Giving my honest opinion. I came last week got a Toyota, now I came earlier that week didn’t like that the tire light was on and wouldn’t turn off even after putting the air in it, I left came back that Friday and I appreciate them hearing me out and was willing to go change the sensor on the tire for me super nice team every single person. They also strongly believe that I wouldn’t have to do any work on this car for a good 5 years. Now I do understand this is a used car and things are likely to happen I just had to purchase a new battery due to turning on the car it act like didn’t want to start that’s why I went to get it check out and it indeed was the problem. Again super nice people and hope nothing but the best success for you guys”
