“I want to start by recognizing the salesperson, Ohiggens Castor. From the moment I arrived, he was already outside waiting for me. As I parked, he came right over and was nothing but welcoming, transparent, and attentive. He answered every question, made sure I understood everything, and really took care of me throughout the whole process. His level of customer service is top-tier, and I would absolutely work with him again. After choosing my vehicle, I moved into the financing portion, and unfortunately that part did not go as smoothly. My experience with the finance manager, Alfonso Murcia, was disappointing. I did not feel like I was spoken to in a professional or respectful manner, and his attitude came across as dismissive.
