“We brought in our 2012 Honda Civic Hybrid for a recall inspection. It was deemed not safe for us to drive the long distance we had to go home so they gave us a loaner….a brand new Honda CRV! “I have only brought my car here twice for car service, but they have been AMAZING. Being a woman, I have often felt dismissed at Auto shops, but I have felt very listened to here. I am very "in tune" with my car, something can be slightly off and I can tell. I had a vague complaint of a small mount of grinding, they heard me out and got it fixed. They helped me with my aftermarket wheels too. After swapping the OEM set to aftermarket, something didn't feel quite right. I brought it in and Ren was very honest and helpful. He was straight to the point and honest letting me know that with it not being original Honda parts, they would see what they could do. He also specifically gave my car to to one of the mechanics that also does aftermarket work on his own car. Ren was also very nice about explaining all of the services and answering any questions I had.”
