“We brought in our 2012 Honda Civic Hybrid for a recall inspection. It was deemed not safe for us to drive the long distance we had to go home so they gave us a loaner….a brand new Honda CRV! We LOVED it…almost hated to return it. Well played Honda….we think we found our next new car! The service advisor, Jory Wright, was amazing, as were others we had phone contact with, as needed. We were kept appraised of what they were finding, options, pricing, and timelines for the repair. We always knew what they were doing, finding, and progress. Jory was phenomenal and his customer services skills are outstanding! We thought this was the nicest, cleanest, and most well organized dealer we have ever interacted with…and the service area was amazing. The cleanest, neatest ‘garage’ we have ever seen. Without question, when our little Honda takes its last breath and we need a new vehicle, this will be the first dealer we interact with, due to the amazing experience we had. “I have only brought my car here twice for car service, but they have been AMAZING. Being a woman, I have often felt dismissed at Auto shops, but I have felt very listened to here. I am very "in tune" with my car, something can be slightly off and I can tell. I had a vague complaint of a small mount of grinding, they heard me out and got it fixed. They helped me with my aftermarket wheels too. After swapping the OEM set to aftermarket, something didn't feel quite right. I brought it in and Ren was very honest and helpful. He was straight to the point and honest letting me know that with it not being original Honda parts, they would see what they could do. He also specifically gave my car to to one of the mechanics that also does aftermarket work on his own car. Ren was also very nice about explaining all of the services and answering any questions I had.”
