“I been going to Toyota for a couple years now for my servicing and every time I had a good experience. Easy to book online, easy drop off, good waiting area, and they have Lyft rides if needed. Good communication and I like how you can text if you need anything. Everytime I come, Tonya is super nice and helpful. She makes the process smooth and she is very accommodating. Tonya makes my experience at Toyota 5 stars.”

“Ted made our car-buying experience smooth and stress-free. He was professional, patient, and took the time to answer all of our questions without any pressure. He worked with us to get a great deal on our new Grand Highlander, and we really appreciated how straightforward and helpful he was throughout the whole process.
A big thank you as well to Abigail in the finance department—she was amazing and helped us find the best interest rate available for our situation.
We’re very happy with our new vehicle and would definitely recommend asking for Ted and working with Abigail if you’re looking to buy a Toyota!”

“Five stars doesn’t feel like enough for this 4Runner buying experience. The process was smooth, transparent, and enjoyable.
If you’re looking for a place that respects your time, answers your questions honestly, and doesn’t play games, this is it. I’d buy another 4Runner here in a heartbeat—though this one might outlive me. Thank you to Ish for being upfront and selling me on the value, Morgan for working so quickly to get me the best deal and listening to my needs, and Abigail in finance for making this quick and painless! You guys are awesome 🔥”

“I recently purchased a brand-new 2025 Toyota Tacoma TRD Off-Road with only 16 miles on it. Within just 2,000 miles of driving, I’ve encountered concerning issues. Both the seat bolts and the interior door bolts have come loose, causing problems and needing repairs. I’ve have documentation from the service department to support the last issue.
Now, part of my quarter panel is falling off. During Toyota’s inspection, I was assured that everything was fine and that I would be scheduled for an appointment to address the issue and it would be covered under warranty. However, when I arrived for my appointment, I was informed that the problem was likely my fault and that I should contact my insurance company. After waiting for two hours! I was told that I must have hit something hard enough to damage the fender.
This situation is clearly an assembly issue, but the dealership is unwilling to take responsibility and is instead placing the blame on me. This is unacceptable customer service, especially considering that the truck has only 2,500 miles on it and is in excellent condition, with no dents or scratches. If I had hit something hard enough to damage the fender, the black fender flare piece would have obvious damage and it does not. You can clearly look at the pictures and see that there is no damage anywhere to the fender and or fender flare. The truck is brand new and has 2500 miles on it. I haven’t even popped the hood yet.
This is the kind of customer service that you get here after spending $45,000 on a new vehicle.”

“I had another fantastic experience at McDonald Toyota Greeley! The sales process was easy and completely hassle-free, with excellent customer service that really makes you feel like part of the Toyota family. I originally came in just to test drive a used ’23 Tundra and a 25’ 4 Runner. I had no plans to buy that day, but the team made everything so smooth and welcoming that I ended up driving home in a 2025 Toyota 4 Runner instead! This is my second purchase with McDonald Toyota, and both times have been nothing short of outstanding. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for a stress-free car buying experience!”
