โ€œAbsolutely DISGUSTED with the "sales rep" that we dealt with yesterday. I took my little sister here as we were trying to find her, her very first car with an auto loan. I let him know right up front that we were working a little more of a challenged credit and no auto loan history because she has driven cheaper paid off cars up until this point. We talked for maybe 5 minutes. We let him know we had been at a previous dealership and she had gotten approved for a car but we were seeing if a little lower payments where possible! He immediately said "oh that very bad cause credit drops points now", which yes and no idiot! Banks expect your credit to be pulled a few times when you are car shopping and it was 1 pull. He proceeded to tell us he would not run the credit, he got back up walked away and came back and said her credit was a 501 (that's almost a 70 point drop in 2 days) and then again said he didn't run the credit. He didn't ask any other questions just turned us away and said go get the car we already had a deal with. So thank y'all for making my 24 year old little sisters car buying experience even more scary then it already is! If you are thinking about going here DONT go 7 minutes down the road to Bob Johnson they have a great variety of cars and the sales guys there actually wanna help and don't look at you as a paycheck! This dealership needs to do better cause y'all watched a 20K car loan walk right out the door. We went 7 minutes down the road and by end of business yesterday, my sister is picking up here 2023 with less than 55K in miles today! What an absolutely joke this place is! Car are ALWAYS gonna be needed, you are a company in a industry that isn't going anywhere. YOU can BET I will be telling anyone and everyone that will listen about this experience! Good luck! Update: Please do a soft pull NEVER came out of our mouths. Love how he is trying to justify his rude actions and lies. Nothing for me to feel better about with your poor reply when Bob Johnson was about to get her approved for a little over half the monthly payment we told y'all she had gotten approved for. At the end of the day she got a car she is in love with and y'all didn't get a 20K sale you didn't deserve! Thanks for you "code of ethics". I hope you find some REAL ones ethics!โ€

โ€œI had a great experience at James Mitsubishi in Greece, NY. Donnie, my salesman, was knowledgeable, patient, and never pushy. He took the time to answer all my questions and made the entire process feel easy instead of stressful. Richie, the manager, was also fantastic to work with. He was upfront, professional, and made sure everything was handled smoothly. Together they made the experience efficient and comfortable from start to finish. If youโ€™re looking for honest service and a team that actually treats you with respect, Iโ€™d definitely recommend Donnie and Richie at James Mitsubishi.โ€

โ€œIt all started with a pre-approved letter in the mail that stated I could get into a new vehicle for a lower price (silly me for not understanding it only applies to brand new vehicles). I then inquired about a USED vehicle. I spoke with the salesman many times over the phone and through text message. I stated multiple times through said calls and text that i was only intrested in USED VEHICLES and not a brand new mitsubishi. I was told on the phone about promotions that would possibly get what i owed on my current car down to zero or close to it and possibly even for the same payments i make now. My last text message to said salesman once again stated im only interested in two type of USED vehicles. After multiple attempts from the salesman to get me down to the dealership, i finally caved because "At least let us get you an appraisal on your current vehicle so you can take that with you". I arrived the salesman i spoke to was "busy" and was greeted by two other salesman. After getting my vehicle appraisal done, I was informed that I owe too much on my current vehicle to even come close to my current payments. those promotions only apply to brand new mitsubishis because they get "kick backs" to allow them to eat the negative equity. If all of this had been relayed to me from the beginning from the salesman I would have never wasted any time dealing with this. It felt like the honest approach was out the window, and was more about trying to get me down there into a new mitsubishi. I get im at fault for not knowing the promotions were for new vehicles but, what excuse does the salesman have for not being honest and upfront?โ€
