Mr. Jordan was, first off, a true gentleman to me and my family. I believe most car deals require negotiating so that the dealer and buyer can be comfortable with the price and both sides walk away happy. Throughout the entire negotiation process, Mr. Jordan was patient, kind, respectful, and, most of all, professional. He did his absolute best to put us in the price range we wanted. Mr. Diego was truly a sweetheart; it was worth every bit of negotiating just to be able to see him. He was so full of life and kindness. “I am extremely happy with my new 2026 Tacoma TRD Sport 4x4, but the experience was like nothing else. It felt like I was buying from a group of friends that I hadn't seen in a long time! Steve was next level. From the moment I called to ask a couple of questions about the truck, he didn’t rush me off the phone or sound bothered by me asking so many questions. “We had an amazing experience purchasing our car, and we can’t recommend this team enough! Steve, our salesman, was incredibly attentive from the very start. On a busy Saturday, he noticed us walking out of the sales room and actually ran over to make sure we had been helped, that alone says a lot about his dedication. Even though he was clearly juggling multiple customers, he made sure to get to us as quickly as possible and gave us his full attention. We came in knowing exactly what we wanted, and Steve made sure we got it down to the T. He even arranged to have the exact car we wanted brought in and kept us updated consistently over the two-week wait. At no point did we feel rushed or pressured just genuinely taken care of.
