I took my car in for its scheduled maintenance at Miracle today. I had previously arranged the day and time with Jay, the service advisor. In every interaction we had, Jay listened, processed, and responded. It was a pleasant surprise, as I had stopped taking my car to Miracle precisely because no one was taking the time to listen, and ended up surprising me with extra charges. I asked and Jay checked with me before extra services that needed to be done on my car, which were outside of the original budget. He helped me with some discounts he could offer, which were certainly helpful in the current economic climate. I received what every customer asks for: honesty, competence (the car now runs like a top), and communication. Thank you, Jay!

Angel was awesome! She got me exactly what I wanted. She wasn’t pushy and respectful on my decision to purchase my dream car. Go see her, she will give you time to look for what you want without being pressured to buy!! She’s also very knowledgeable about the cars.

Miracle CDJR did an amazing job with my 2023 Ram. I purchased my truck there new in June 2023 and have loved every experience since. The staff knows me by name when I walk in, and the service advisors are always helpful and professional. It’s the only Dodge dealership I trust and will continue to go

I reached out regarding a RAM 1500 RHO and attempted to negotiate based on current market value. Pricing was justified primarily by dealer-added options rather than comparable market data, and when I continued referencing market value, the discussion shifted toward my personal finances instead of the vehicle’s actual worth. After my response, communication stopped entirely. As of 1/29/26, the truck remains listed, and I ultimately purchased the same vehicle elsewhere. Sharing this for buyers who value transparent pricing and professional follow-up.

I'm just going to say this. So far 32 days in with my truck I'm not a happy camper and if things don't change I will tell my story I get home late after doing all the paper work didn't get to play with my new truck next morning go out to check my truck out back it up oil on the floor so I check the dip stick nothing no oil I call the dealer ship tell them what's going on the sale person Dena tells me I need to talk to a manger when I tell him he said I did it make that make since then I had to call time and time again to get my tags they are suppose to pay my trade in off I get a call today from allsouth telling me that they said the check would be there today it wasn't so to save my credit I had to make a payment on a car that's in Chrysler Dodge parking lot for over 40 days yeah y'all run down there and get you a car or a truck I hope they don't treat you like they have treated me they did nothing when I called him about the oil they did nothing oh yeah the manager said he would get right back to me three and a half late hours later I had to call him back then he tells me I can't get a record today it'll be Monday this is the kind of people that are working at Chrysler miracle Dodge in Aiken I highly recommend nobody buy a car from this company cuz if they treat me like this imagine what they do to you Mike is the manager he refuses to call me Dana I don't know her last name was my salesperson I went there to legit by a truck when I seen the truck that she brought around I was impressed nice truck until I get home and seen where the service department left the oil filter loose on the truck after the sales lady told me twice and my wife that she got the truck out of the service department and this company has done nothing to help me refuses to call me refuses to pay the other car off that I traded in and I'm just about had enough of it if I was to do something like this to a car it wouldn't be at some place that I would drive an hour to get it so I could just damage it makes no sense their service department is responsible for leaving the oil filter off and they have done nothing I mean nothing nothing at all to help me I've tried to call the service department left my name and number they refused to call you can't get through to anybody when you call oh whenever I was going there the first time I got call after call after text after text are you coming or you coming or are you sure you're coming we'll be here waiting on you are you coming or you coming now that I've got the truck I can't get in touch with nobody to help me run down there and get you some that's all I got to say
