“Our RV broke down near this dealership. Made appointment for next day and worked with Nick D. We sat in waiting area for several hours after Nick D. told us he was going to get us an estimate on a replacement transmission and would be right back. We watched him go slouch on his desk and play on his phone for over an hour and he never came back to talk to us. He was rude when I approached him and asked if he had a quote yet. After another hour past, I said we would just have to get it towed back the the cities. He was rude again and then wrote up an invoice and charged us almost $400 just to check our transmission fluid. No work or testing was done beyond checking the fluid level. Nick D. said it was for topping off the fluid. I asked how much the fluid was and he said 7 quarts, then I asked why the invoice said 3 and he said they ran out of transmission fluid. Really?! You ran out of transmission fluid? This kid was rude, lazy and spiteful. We checked the fluid after leaving the lot just a few minutes later and it did not seem like any was added, so do not believe they added fluid at all. I called to voice a complaint and the department manager said he was going to follow-up up with me after talking to Nick D. but he never called back. $400 to check my fluid, ignore me for almost 5 hours and then be rude to me when you knew we were stranded from out of town is ridiculous.”
