“Kia has been disappointing to work with. Dealing with service for too long. Opened a Kia customer care case. The dealership doesn’t answer the phones, fails to respond in a timely manner to their own customer care team. Been told service would figure out the issue on 2/9. As of today 2/26 they still need to figure out point of failure. Warranty denied, goodwill denied, this not how a company should do business. Not to mention the vehicle was dropped off in November and trying to have warranty approved.”
