“My experience at Grand Prairie Ford was nothing short of outstanding from start to finish. Purchasing my new F-150 was seamless, professional, and genuinely enjoyable — and that is entirely due to the incredible leadership and sales team.
Jon sets the tone for excellence. You can immediately tell he leads with integrity, professionalism, and a commitment to doing things the right way. His leadership culture is evident the moment you walk through the doors — organized, respectful, and completely customer-focused. Leaders like Jon don’t just manage teams; they create experiences, and it shows throughout the entire dealership.
And Brenda… absolutely phenomenal. She went above and beyond at every step of the process. Attentive, knowledgeable, patient, and fully invested in making sure I was taken care of, she made the entire purchase feel personal rather than transactional. I never felt pressured — only supported and guided. Her attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction are truly next level.
In today’s world, exceptional service stands out — and this team delivered it in every way possible. If you’re considering a vehicle purchase, do yourself a favor and go to Grand Prairie Ford and ask for Jon and Brenda. This is how buying a truck should feel.
Proud to be driving my new F-150 thanks to a world-class team.”

“Excellent Dealership & Service Center who stands behind their product. I had an issue with my older 2016 F150 while being in town for a family matter and urgently needing to return to my home in the Houston area. The Service manager, Nelson Courtney, and his Service Director, Jose, were awesome and got me quickly slotted in for assessment and repairs to get me back on the road.
Unfortunately, those repairs became a bit to much and I bought a used 2022 pickup on trade from them. That truck was sold to me as-is, and unfortunately broke down on my 4.5 hour drive home. The dealership jumped on it quickly, had the vehicle assessed locally by a partner dealership in the area, shipped back to GPFord, and completely replaced affected parts with brand new replacements (not cheep). The vehicle is functioning fine and I am happy GPFord went above and beyond, and stood behind their sale.
Visit this dealership with confidence!
Pics are of new (to me) 2022 F150.”

“Went in today to sell my 2023 Ford F150 after speaking on the phone with an associate and setting up an appointment. I was initially low balled at $34k, but I figured that would be the first move. I then informed them that I had an offer from another dealer for 39k and even sent them proof. I was then asked to sign a piece of paper that if they offer me $40k I would say yes, so of course I did. They then come back and offer me $36k and start talking about how my truck has hail damage? First of all, if you know the number to beat why are we playing these games of going back and forth and signing the paper. Can you do it or not? It’s as simple as that. As far as the damage, it has a handful of small dents on the hood that are only seen from very specific angles and in certain light conditions. Okay fine whatever I can see your point, but then I’m told that for them to sell it on their lot, they fix each and every dent on the car and all these other things like a tracker and who knows what else as part of some reconditioning package they have. I knew this was a lie, but I confirmed it by looking at their websites used vehicle section. And found a few examples of vehicles with varying level of dents and damage that are clearly for sale on their website. I thought they fixed every cars dent before putting it on the lot? There were a few examples but I included 3 photos of trucks similar to mine. All with worse looking damage than my truck. I don’t appreciate being lied to my face. I wouldn’t do any kind of business with this dealership.”

“Extremely Disappointing Experience with My 2025 Mustang GT Premium
I purchased a brand-new 2025 Mustang GT Premium from Grand Prairie Ford on November 15, 2025. I want to start by recognizing the sales team — they worked hard throughout the process, and I was satisfied with their professionalism and dedication. Their effort deserves credit, and I truly appreciated the support during the purchase.
Unfortunately, the condition of the car after delivery and the follow-up work left me disappointed. The vehicle was not properly detailed or cleaned when returned to me. Instead, it was handed back immediately after the paint job and buffing, with visible compound debris left behind. The paint had numerous imperfections, permanent residue that is difficult to remove, and even splatters across the panels. For some reason, excess compound was also found inside the trunk and even in the backseat area, which should never happen on a new premium vehicle.
While Grand Prairie Ford did attempt to fix the original bumper/headlight defect, the quality of the paint correction and detailing was unacceptable. Rather than restoring the car to factory condition, the finish was left worse than before.
I also tracked the vehicle using the Ford App and an Apple AirTag, and discovered that it had been moved multiple times away from the dealership. The odometer showed an additional 3 miles driven, and the gas gauge reflected usage beyond the original amount when I dropped it off. This raises serious concerns about accountability and proper handling of customer property.
I want to be clear: I love Ford and the Mustang brand. My concern is not with the product itself but with the dealership experience and the lack of care in handling repairs and detailing. Some Ford dealerships need more overall improvement to meet the standards customers expect, and if that cannot be guaranteed, then customers should at least be compensated or supported through other Ford departments to ensure satisfaction.
Overall, I appreciate the effort of the sales staff and the fact that Grand Prairie Ford attempted to address the defect, but the poor delivery condition, paint imperfections, compound debris inside the car, and unexplained driving of my vehicle have left me disappointed. I chose this dealership over others in the county because I trusted them, and I hope to see improvements that reflect the quality and reputation of the Ford brand.”

“Me and my wife recently purchased a new F250 truck from Grand Prairie Ford, and the entire experience was smooth, professional, and enjoyable. From the moment we walked in, the staff was welcoming and knowledgeable. My salesperson Raul Chavez took the time to understand what I needed, answered all my questions, and never made me feel pressured.
The financing process was quick and transparent — everything was explained clearly, and I felt confident about my purchase. They also went the extra mile to make sure my truck was spotless and ready to go before I drove off the lot.
Overall, I couldn’t be happier with my new truck or the team at Grand Prairie Ford. If you’re looking for a great vehicle and excellent customer service, I highly recommend checking them out!”
