“Dre Herder was the representative my mother and I met with when trying to buy an old Honda civic. We were shopping and purchasing for a loved one and were obviously apprehensive buyers. He went to bat multiple times to try and lower the initial price of the vehicle even though he is not high in the command chain. He kept the atmosphere light and we managed to come to an agreement. Purchasing a car is a stressful scenario and he and Catherine did there best to make us comfortable and confident.

“To say trading in my car to Red Rock Honda was very unpleasant would be an understatement. If I could give this dealership 0 stars I would. I’m from Denver CO and I recently traded in my 18’ WRX for a 25’ Elantra N they had. I reached out showing interest in their vehicle and asked for photos/ video of the Elantra and what I got was a video showing the car had two door dings and a scuffed front passenger rim from saleswoman Tiffany. After crunching the numbers with sales manager Joe I came to a negotiation and signed a contract to pick it up that same weekend. Saturday morning comes and my wife and I drive over 4 hours away to trade in my car and pick up the new one. Once we get there we literally wait 15 minutes for our salesperson and don’t get greeted by anyone. I then am asked to sign one final paper and we drive off. As we are grabbing lunch to drive home I noticed significant hail damage to the Elantra. I immediately drive the car back to the dealership and after waiting another 10 minutes in their lobby for Joe to come out to let him know he sold me a damaged vehicle that was not communicated, I was then asked “didn’t you look at the vehicle when I got there?” As if it was my fault and like I didn’t already sign the paperwork a day prior to driving out there. I then demanded they needed to make this right especially since it was not disclosed to me. Joe said he would pay for the damage and will reach out to me that next Monday to get everything squared away. Which I appreciated but still doesn’t take away from the fact they completely lied to me. So Monday comes and I don’t hear anything back. I emailed Tiffany that night to ask where I can have a hail shop send the invoice for the repair and never got a response. Never even heard a sound from GM Nate whom I asked for contact info multiple times. I finally get a shop to fix the damage and I was asked to get another quote because it seemed to high to them. While all of this is going on the following week I’m communicating back and forth with Jeremy in finance and was asked to sign an Arbitration Agreement as the final part of our agreement. I laughed I told them nothing else will be signed until the hail repair gets 100% paid for, and that’s exactly what I did. Be careful with this dealership and be advised to look elsewhere as they are LIARS and MANIPULATE people!!!”

“Terrible experience. Fraudulent pricing, trade in valuation problems.
They add fraudulent charges to car prices. Every car dealership offers things like carpet protection, tail light upgrades, etc. But Red Rock did those things to car but didn't add it them to the sticker price. But they said those costs were non-negotiable because they were already done.
We shopped at 4 local dealerships. Three of them valued our trade in at the same value. But Red Rock Honda put the valuation 15% lower. They asked if we had it in writing from other dealerships. We showed them and they said the other dealers must just be lying.
Their finance manager tried to say we could have to pay more than double what we had planned due to them charging $3-4k above sticker price and low-balling the trade in.
We left and will never go back. Bought a similar vehicle 3 days later from a more honest shop.”

Not only did he help me find the perfect vehicle, but he also went above and beyond to make sure the financing and trade-in process were fair and transparent. I never felt like 'just another sale.' Dre is a true professional and a credit to the Honda team. 10/10 would recommend!”

“Dre saved me so much getting me into my 2016 Subaru Crosstrek. My avenger was not going to last too much longer and every other dealership just wanted to much from me for nothing. He definitely is In the right place for his amazing gift. He is definitely a blessing. Thank you to Red Rock Honda and DRE!! I will never forget this purchase.”
