“Sales associate: 2 stars. Five stars given due to good amount of inventory, so not everything can be bad. Sales associate was a good "car dealer" but not good at "customer service." Timing of communication good, information not what was requested. Won't return for a vehicle purchase or request information in regards to anything on their lot. Not my best interaction with a car dealership. My first clue was when I was specific about my choice of vehicle and time to purchase. From that point, every vehicle on the lot was pushed that might be in the ballpark, while still saying they were looking for my specific request. I found the vehicle I was looking for on my own, with no assistance from the sales associate that was looking. I notified the sales associate that I had located and purchased my requested vehicle from another dealer. Even thanked them for their time. As a retired professional, a follow up "thank you" or "please keep us in mind for your next vehicle" would have been courteous. Instead, nothing was returned leading me to believe I was not important enough any longer.”
