“Disappointing After-Sales Service – Would Not Recommend I recently purchased a 2025 Hyundai Santa Fe from Niagara Hyundai, and I’m extremely disappointed with their after-sales service. When I first saw the car, there were some spots on it. The salesman assured me that they would fix it before delivery. Unfortunately, they did not follow through. On the day of pickup, the salesman told me that a touch-up pen would be delivered to my address to address the issue. It has now been over a month, and I still haven’t received it. I reached out to the dealership two weeks ago, and they promised it would be sent out by last week. Still nothing. Their lack of professionalism and follow-through is unacceptable. If I had known their after-sales service would be this poor, I would have never bought from them. I highly recommend looking elsewhere if you value good customer service”
