He will go above and beyond to ensure his customer leaves happy! There was a slight hiccup in purchasing my daughter’s first car. I was stressed, he was stressed, it was a whole ordeal! Hudy took care of the situation, and personally delivered the car to my house! He also lent me a bow to put on the car! I was pleased, my daughter was ecstatic, and my payment was exactly what I wanted! Get to Al Serra and ask for Hudy! He will take good care of you!”

“I enjoyed my visit at Al Serra Chevrolet. It was my first time there, as I just moved to the area. I liked how they had really soon availability for my oil change and tire rotation, and I didn't have to wait 1-2 weeks out, like at the other dealerships I checked into. My Service Advisor was Jacob Kinney, and, he was thorough in his communication with me. Only thing that could have been better was that I didn't get a print out of my MPVI sheet. I did ask, and Jacob tried. I give him credit there. It was a system error that wouldn't allow him to email it or print it out for me. But, other than that, nice experience. Loved how they had different options for coffee on their coffee machine. 😊 So, that was cool. Perhaps some cold pops for next time, too? 😉😝 (A nice Diet Coke would have been amazing!).”

“Took my Truck in for a oil change and ended up with brand new tires at no charge I just bought the truck 2 months ago and noticed the tires though had good tread but were chopped very bad on the the back side of the tires all 4 sales said there was nothing the could do but Blake Ball in service took care of that and good me 4 brand new tires!!! Blake has been taking care of my trucks the last few years and does not disappoint always goes above and beyond just to make sure the customer is happy and has had a great experience so thank you Blake for all you do for me and my family!”
