“Y’all, There is truly no better car-buying experience than Granbury Kia. From start to finish, everything was seamless, professional, and genuinely enjoyable. If practicality were ever the reason we decided not to buy a truck or something down the road, we would still come back to Granbury Kia — and specifically to Kyle Kirkpatrick in Sales and Dawn, the Sales Manager. That’s how much confidence we have in them. They had everything ready for us when we arrived and made the entire process efficient and stress-free. Kyle is knowledgeable, responsive, and completely customer-focused. Dawn ensured everything moved smoothly and treated us with respect and transparency throughout the deal. While there was a little back-and-forth in finance (which is normal in any purchase), the team handled it professionally and worked with us to get everything finalized. These professionals were able to answer every question we had regarding vehicles we test drove and were able to help us make an informed decision. We highly recommend working with our salesperson, Dell. He was very knowledgeable and not about high pressure sales. Melissa helped us with our financing and did a great job and Christy met us at the door and made us feel welcomed. From the time we walked through the door of the dealership, until we drove off in our new car, it was the best car buying experience we have ever had. We highly recommend that if you are looking for a new car, you look at a Kia, and if you are looking for a Kia, you definitely need to shop at Granbury Kia, by far the best dealership we have ever dealt with.”

“I truly wanted to like this place but the customer experience is terrible. Steve Smolinski was the one silver lining in the experience through out the process. He truly had to overcome the experience as the car would not start when we went for a test drive. And when we did finally get it on, I drove with it w every check engine light you can think of. He was still able to assure me in the quality of vehicle and had his mechanics inspect the car. Although his follow up could be improved with my current experience (he’s not finance). I ended up purchasing a vehicle there at a good price but as soon as I said I was going to use my bank for financing (Mrs Lang), you could FEEL the shift in guest experience leave the room. You even felt it from the GM James Seale who came into the room to “overcome objection” - by stating only $100 dollars they’d be losing but not a big deal but also you can’t leave w your car (I still did ironically enough) - For context, they did not beat my bank rate which is why I chose my bank.) Since my purchase on 12.31.25, I have called/texted/email several times to ensure my bank pays Granbury Kia (crazy I have to do this). I have spoken to Dawn Law, Mercedes Johnson, and James Seal via their sales messaging platform and nothing. From 5 star experience to 1. New building and horrible culture based on my experience. I would never do business with this place again nor would I recommend. I know the customer isn’t always right, but hopefully you can take this feedback and help your future guests.”
