“If I could do negative stars, I would. The horrible experience I received from this dealership, started about six months ago when I bought a brand new 2025 at4 half ton diesel off the lot. I drove the truck for 1000 miles and the motor blew. After getting jerked around for days I was told that they would not take the truck back nor put me in another truck, The only thing they would do is replace the motor. Fast forward to Three months ago. I brought my truck in for an oil change and tire rotation. I marked the tires before I dropped it off just in case and what do you know they did not rotate my tires like they said they did. When I told them they took it back and I watched them rotate the tires. Fast forward to today, I go to rotate my tires because I can’t trust GMC to do what they say they’re going to do and my lug nuts were so tight they snapped off and now I can’t get my rims and tires off of my truck. Now that I think of it when I watched him rotate my tires, not one time did he put a torque wrench to check the torque he just ran the nut on with the air impact.Horrible inventory and horrible service. I will never spend another dime on a GMC or any of their products”
