Dan was great to work with. Good follow-up without being pushy. In addition to meeting him in-person, he was also great at communicating by text and email all the info I needed to make a decision. He helped me get exactly what the car I wanted. I went to him based on reviews and I can see why the reviews are so positive. Highly recommend.

I have mixed feelings about my experience at Genesis of Minneapolis. On one hand, the dealership itself is impressive the facility is beautiful, modern, and very well kept, which makes for a great first impression. However, the actual condition of the vehicle I purchased was a major letdown. Shortly after taking it home, I discovered that the brake pads were almost completely worn down to the metal (see attached photo). This is a significant safety concern that should have been addressed or at least disclosed during the inspection process before the sale. While the staff and the atmosphere are top-notch, selling a car with essentially no pad life left is a serious oversight. I hope the service department steps up their inspection protocols in the future so other buyers don't run into similar safety risks. Update: I wanted to update my review to mention that Rudy, the service manager, reached out to me directly. He took my concerns regarding the brake pads very seriously and worked quickly to resolve the issue. It’s clear that they value customer safety and satisfaction, and I appreciate the professional follow up to ensure the car is in proper shape.

My buying experience at Genesis of Minneapolis was truly exceptional. I thoroughly enjoyed it. Everyone from sales, to finance to the techie guy on all the cool new features were all a delight to work with. Perfect 10 score. Here’s my new baby!

Just bought a vehicle today. Giving a big shout out to Dan and Kiki for helping me with the process. Customer service was great, everyone I met had a smile on their face, happy to help with any questions or concerns. Kiki was a superstar with the financing, making an arduous task easy and stress free. Thanks again for the great experience.

Bright my 2018 Genesis G80 for a recall fix today Alex in the Service dept took great care of me. Recall taken care of. Lots of attention and in detail as the customer. Always appreciated. Did a complmentary comprehensive inspection, shows I need new front brakes and 4 new tires. Nice waiting room. Parts area also helpful.
