“Came in for first maintenance service. Tires were rotated & checked for air pressure. There was a recall regarding the computer going out that would affect the car starting, was resolved. I was informed it would take about 5 hours for the maintenance to be done. It was done in a little over 3 hours. I was extremely happy. They did a fantastic job on my car. Thank you Toyota of Glendale.”

“I’m very disappointed with the quality of service I received at this Toyota dealership. Yesterday, I brought my vehicle in for its regular 10,000-mile service. After the service was completed, I checked the vehicle myself and noticed that the brake fluid level was below the MINIMUM mark. No one mentioned this to me, no brake fluid was added, and I received no recommendation or warning about it. What concerns me most is that the service documentation states that the vehicle will be inspected and that any necessary maintenance or recommendations will be communicated to the customer. However, apparently none of the technicians noticed or reported that the brake fluid was below the minimum level. Brake fluid is directly related to the braking system and vehicle safety, so I would expect something this basic and important to be identified during a scheduled 10,000-mile service. This makes me seriously question how thoroughly the vehicle was actually inspected and whether the other inspection items listed on the service report were properly checked.”
