“If I could give zero stars.. I would. I do not recommend Sands Chevrolet. I had a very horrible experience from start to finish. I was put into a vehicle I wasn’t happy with, and when I reached out for help less than 24 hours later, no one was willing to assist! Not even the GM. I was told they would help resolve the situation, but when I returned, nothing was done. Instead of addressing the actual issue or working with me on the price of the vehicle, they were more focused on adjusting the monthly payment by increasing the interest rate. If you’re looking for a dealership that genuinely tries to help you, I highly recommend Van Chevrolet. The difference in customer care was night and day. UPDATE: After a few days of working through this situation, I’m happy to share that everything was resolved. While I initially worked with several associates, Ronnie and Jerome from the finance team were instrumental in getting things moving in the right direction. I especially want to thank Jerome for going above and beyond to secure the best possible deal and ensure I was placed in a vehicle that truly fits my needs. I genuinely appreciate the effort both of them put in, and I’m very happy with the final outcome.”
