“Book took care of my questions with patience, I was pre qualified before I came in and he had all the paperwork ready to go. Process literally took 20 minutes from start to finish. Very nice staff and I love my “new” used car. Great customer service - update to review six months later and my car has had an issue with the turbo water tank and now needs a new motor. Wasn’t offered warranty during application process only gap insurance. Now the car needs 9k worth of work done to it and I owe $17k on it. Called and they can’t do anything bc I don’t have a warranty which they did not discuss with me when I signed the paperwork. I would have def signed up for the warranty if I was told that was an option. Now I’m out a car and 17k. I don’t have the 9k to fix the car and the mechanic said there’s no way that they didn’t know the motor was shot when I Purchased the car. Really disappointed and feel taken advantage of since a warranty was not discussed with me. I would not recommend going here or if you Do get a mechanic to Look at car before you Purchase.”
