“We had a great experience! They were quick to respond to questions. We dealt with Treyvon. He even sent a video the day before to introduce himself before our appointment! Definitely would use them again!”

“The guys at GDCJR pulled a rabbit out of a hat and I ended up in a much newer vehicle than I had even been looking into. It took some impressive and creative work on the financial side and my trade-in, but they made it happen.
If you aren't in a super urgent situation where you HAVE to buy a car immediately, do yourself a small favor and check out their website. Request info on a vehicle you like. They'll contact you very promptly and get you scheduled for test drives, talks about the financials, whatever you need. They will take the time to help you in any way they can, but it's obviously easier if they know to leave time open.
If you are fortunate and get to work with Xavier, tell him Tim said hello. He took great care of me.”

“I have a 2017 Dodge Challenger SRT clearly seen in with the photos. I did not purchase this vehicle through this dealership, but I got my car repairs/oil changes etc. done through this dealership. So, 2019 is the purchase year and when I started taking my car to this dealership for everything. I started seeing little scratches, dings, dents, did not speak up on anything because this is "Gladstone Dodge DCJR" professionals, right? What made me do this review is not because of the brake caliber that ruined my rim and locked up my back brakes and Dodge stating that "if this happened due to the work that they did in September of 2025," which they had records of every repair that they have done on my Challenger since 2019, it is because I just recently got an oil change on my car and I told Dodge at the time of this oil change to change the filters normal oil change. My odometer reads 67187 on a 2017 Dodge Challenger SRT that Gladstone Dodge has been wanting to buy this car since I been going to them in 2019. I have stated to Dodge that they have more/better challenger's than mine, so why be so nonchalant when it comes to an issue that was not on my behalf but Dodges' Powertrain behalf. I really love Dodge; I get treated with respect no bad communication, but I have spent countless dollars at this dealership for them to nonchalantly claim that if it was done through their mechanic hands then they will address the issue. The topping of this is that every time I called to speak to the manager he is in a meeting, really!!!! No, I do not want money from Dodge, I'm not that type of person. it's the level of accountability. I just recently got an oil change as stated and with this oil change, I asked for the filters to changed also. My car is eating up gas to no end in which I'm not naive to what makes the gas go quick. Got new tires, still gas go fast. I know my car; this car gives good gas mileage so what's wrong? I am a Chevy person, so this car truly took some time for me to get into it. I know my car, I know how it runs, it just saddens me to know that I trusted in this dealership, and they nonchalantly passed the buck. I will not return to Dodge Powertrain on North Oak Trafficway because the trust is not there.”

“Terrible experience dealing with the service department my car overheated so I had it towed straight to the dealership they said it was the thermostat and it was covered under warranty great. Got a call the next day that someone moving the car lost the key they looked everywhere apologized and said they were programming a new key it would be ready the next day as expected got a call to come pick it up mind you there was just under 1/2 a tank of gas when I brought it in and I picked it up on fumes didn’t complain tho. Driving home I noticed my heat was about half as hot as it had always been called to get it looked at again the next day to charge me 200$ not only did they not mention any buildup on the thermostat on the first invoice they said the heater core was clogged from some outside influence like stop leak or the wrong antifreeze mind you I’ve never had my car worked on anywhere else and they didn’t say anything about that with the first diagnosis the icing on the cake is after 3 days the brand new key they made when they lost mine has a dead battery. The key and gas were irritating but I just want my heater to blow hot air like it did before I brought it in. Everyone there was very nice not helpful at all but nice. I will see if a complaint with the BBB can help me resolve this.”

“If you’re in the market go see Tony Chambers. Awesome guy and very helpful. Went in last week to look at a new Jeep. He answered all of my questions and was very understanding of me wanting to wait a few days. Went back today and went through with the purchase. Tony gave exceptional customer service. 10/10 experience. This is my 3rd purchase from Gladstone CDJR and each purchase has been better than the last. Shout out to everyone who was involved in the process. Everyone was very professional and helpful. Thanks!”
