“This dealership was very reasonable, willing to work with me while I attempted to help get my son his first car - a 2025 Kia Soul GT-Line, the last one they had. We unfortunately had issues with our auto lender, but the dealership was willing to hold the vehicle until we could come pick it up. We wanted to thank Brooke Wagner for helping us during the vehicle sale, Robin Wolf for negotiating the sale with us, as well as getting the taxes and titling done in our home state of Virginia. I also wanted to thank the two sales managers - Charles Bulow and Cody Graham - for understanding the original situation with our auto loan, and having a great sense of humor to relieve the bit of annoyance at the time. “Wow! What an experience. First, Drew- hands down amazing! One of the best salesman I’ve ever worked with. Jason from finance was great as well! Took additional time to call and explain the contract to me ( I was completely overlooking something) and instead of brushing me off, took the time to explain it and we even found an issue on their end. They had everything done and ready to go by the time I made the 1.5 hour drive there. I showed up, drove it, signed and drove off.
