“I worked extremely hard to purchase this car, only to discover that major issues with the vehicle were never disclosed at the time of sale. The car did not even last two years. I feel completely misled and taken advantage of, as I was led to believe I was getting a great deal when, in reality, the underside was so severely rusted that the vehicle could not even be safely lifted after the purchase. This was a very disappointing and frustrating experience, and I will not be returning.”

“Would give zero stars if I could. Working with their service team is a nightmare. Last June, my EcoSports engine failed because of the recall. At first this dealership gave me no issues but after having no updates from them for 2.5 months, they called and said they fixed my car. When I went to pick up my car that August, they were pissy when I asked questions about what they did and about the warranty. Fast forward to November 2024, the check engine light comes on. Mind you they replaced the whole engine and should have checked all the parts. But with the check engine light, they quoted me a grand to fix the thermostat. Ever since then the check engine light comes on frequently. My final straw was this past Tuesday with Todd called to let me know that the parts were in and that he could get me scheduled. I gave him a couple dates and he flat out told me that he had no time to wait on me to check and that he wasn't going to schedule me for next week either. He kept mentioning that he had 40 other people waiting on parts too so that he would call me back. I couldn't even get a word in either. I was so furious that I called another dealership further away and they got me scheduled right away! Avoid Ford Genoa at all costs! They don't care for their customers. Especially if you are female!!”
