“***BEWARE OF CORY*** My husband and I chose to move forward with buying a 2026 Kia Sportage (great vehicle!) at this location. My experience with Courage Kia in Gastonia was extremely disappointing, particularly when dealing with Cory regarding a warranty refund. What should have been a straightforward process turned into a frustrating and stressful ordeal. We waited a few months after our purchase before leaving a review to give Mr. Riggler, the financial manager of this stealership, a review to give him the benefit of the doubt, but please read through all the 1 star comments thoroughly before doing business here. I was given information that later proved to be inaccurate, and I felt that the details surrounding my warranty refund were not communicated honestly or transparently. Throughout the process, I repeatedly received conflicting explanations, making it difficult to understand what was actually happening with my refund. The experience left me feeling misled and pressured rather than helped. Instead of receiving clear answers and professional customer service, I spent far too much time trying to get accurate information and resolve an issue that should have been handled properly from the start. I expect honesty, transparency, and integrity when dealing with a dealership, especially when it comes to financial matters. Unfortunately, my experience did not meet those expectations. Based on how my warranty refund was handled, I would not recommend working with Cory or doing business with Courage Kia. Sadly, I love the car we purchased but the customer service falls short of noteworthy. This place should be reported to the better business bureau and have the employees and predatory sales tactics investigated.”

“Had the BEST experience purchasing my first car with Kia. Salesman Willie and manager Kyle were both awesome. I went to test drive the Saturday before I purchased and Willie was very attentive, knowledgeable and friendly. He wanted to get to know you to a point to where the experience was comfortable and not rushed. Other places I looked at were doing there best to push something on me and I did not appreciate that. I highly recommend working with them if you are looking for a vehicle. They respect you and do not push anything on you. Thank you Willie and Kyle definitely recommend both of you.”
