“Please stay away from this dealership. I purchased a 2019 4runner from this place November 20th 2025. One day later, I started to hear a noise when making a tight turn. I called my salesman and he said bring it back to get someone to listen to it. I took it back and the service manager came out and said it was normal to be popping with it being lifted. So now the popping is getting worse. So the next day the dealership call and told me my tags were in. So I went to get my tag. The salesman was putting the tag on the screw broke off . The salesman said pull around to the service bay. When I pulled in the service writer said this wasn't the service department issue and I would have to pay for the repairs. He said I would need to bring it back and it would probably take 3 hour to remove the broken screw. So I went home and removed the screw myself in 30 minutes or less. So I get under the car and check out the front to see where the noise was coming from and see both tie rod ends boots are torn. This dealership has put me into a very dangerous car. These tie rods could break at anytime causing me to lose control of the vehicle. So I called the service department and told them my issue and that I purchase a warranty. They said I should take it to a toyota dealership. This is the worst experience I've ever had buying a car. Please stay away from here!!!”
