First off so far all the repairs have lasted and seem to be fixed.The communication is sometimes really poor on keeping people updated on things with vehicle. Also I have had 2 different mechanics chip paint and scratch my car however I have fixed it since then.The service advisors are all nice but really need to improve quality of service.”

“Overall this dealership is a disaster. Miscommunication. Horrible technicians. My Camaro went in for a new motor since it had locked up after they worked on it. I was told it would be taken care of and it was but it was done horribly. After having the car there for 4 months I left with a car that had the steering column improperly installed. Not only was this dangerous it could have been fatal. Apparently they are supposed to test drive it before it is given to the customer. It obviously wasn’t. The car had been there so long my tags were due and I had to take it to get smogged this year. Not only did the new motor not pass smog but the tps wasn’t functioning properly on the motor they gave me. I spoke with a service advisor and I was told that they “test drive and check for any codes before the vehicle is given back”. But as stated before it obviously wasn’t test driven since my steering wheel fell to the side when given back to me. Now I have a car that doesn’t pass smog. I’m also conveniently out of warranty after the motor was replaced. I would stay far away from this dealership when it comes to service. You can simplify my whole experience with this dealership by the extra nuts and bolts that were left on the strut mount of my Camaro.”
