Unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing. The promotion did not match what we were told at the dealership, and it felt like a bait-and-switch situation. Instead of receiving clear explanations, we were met with rude and dismissive attitudes from staff. What was even more frustrating was that the poor customer service occurred in both English and Spanish. We came ready to discuss a vehicle purchase, but we were treated as if our time and questions did not matter. A dealership should be transparent about its offers and treat every customer with respect, regardless of whether they qualify for a specific promotion. Sadly, that was not our experience at Garden Grove Nissan. I would not recommend this dealership based on the misleading advertising and unprofessional customer service we received.”
