“I recently traded my Kia Niro EV for a 2019 Chevy Traverse and was really impressed with the whole sales team, but especially Timothy, Trey, and Christian. Zero problems with me coming in from out of town late on a weeknight and had the Traverse waiting on me. Timothy was great to work with and they gave me a fair offer on my Kia. No haggling which was so refreshing. Maybe a little heavy handed on the warranty coverage upsale on the part of the finance team, but that's my only small quibble. The sales team really seams to work well together and it's a great atmosphere and pleasant experience, which is refreshing in a vehicle purchase experience. Then the darn Traverse, in a feat of epic poor timing, decided to throw a check engine light the day after I brought it home. It ended up being a pretty simple warranty issue and also one of those things that can't be caught really before it occurs. So absolutely nothing they could have done ahead of time. And still the whole team was great about it; told me to bring it back if needed and they'd make sure it was fixed. (I ended up taking it to a local Chevy dealer since it was covered under warranty simply for my convenience). Anyway, now loving the new-to-me Traverse and would absolutely return for my next vehicle, but I hope that's not for a long time! Very impressed overall, especially with how they chose to handle the freak issue that could have easily turned into a really unfortunate and miserable experience for me. I think that speaks volumes about their commitment to customer service.”

“My service issue was handled with top superior service & professionalism. My air conditioning system went out on my Maxima & it was still under warranty. My service adviser was Anthony Fourquet & he took care of everything, & was one hundred percent on the problem & making sure the car got fixed with no issues. My air conditioner is fixed & blowing out ice cold air. I'm a ten year veteran & I want things done right the first time, & this dealership & Anthony went above & beyond to make things right, thank you so much for everything.”

“I shopped at a few different Nissan dealers and this was the one I went with. As you can tell by the number of stars, I'm glad I did. The entire experience was positive but here are a few details that stood out. First, when I reached out online, I received a call back in short order. Surprisingly, this was not my experience with other Nissan dealers in the Atlanta area. Second, Jim Shorkey is a big enough dealer to have plenty of options. Other places I visited didn't really have much in the way or stock or what I was looking for. Third, I dealt with 3 different individuals and they were all awesome. My initial contact was from the sales manager, Jim. (If I got the name wrong, apologies). The salesperson was Alicia and she was extremely helpful during the sales process. Here's the kicker though - I left some stuff in my trade in vehicle and she was also very helpful AFTER the sale was made. Good customer service during and after the sale isn't always a given. Finally, the finance guy, Tamark, was great at walking me through the $$$ part of the sale. He had answers to my questions and I didn't feel like he was trying to get over on my at any point. This review is a but longer than I planned but Jim Shorkey is a good outfit and I will/would absolutely buy a car from them again in the future.”
