(Mind you, their offer was 2.3K HIGHER that what the Gainesville Hyundai dealership, the brand of my car, was offering)..! ​ The whole process incredibly easy. Even my dad, who came with me, was genuinely shocked by how fast it was and that they stuck to the exact price. We were completely done and walked out in under an hour! Huge thanks to Cole for the excellent customer service. I'll definitely be keeping CarMax in mind for the future!”

“After going to the Buford location and getting no attention or service from anyone after 16 minutes and walking through there entire lot, I walked out and decided to go to the Gainesville location. I seen a car online that matched exactly what I was looking for. I was pre-approved online and instantly booked a test drive. Once I arrived to the Gainesville location, I was greeted with “Welcome to CarMax” and warm smiles. I let them know I was there for a test drive. My sales agent, Lupita came to greet me with a smile and positive attitude. The test drive was successful and I fell in love with the car! We came back to the dealership and I let Lupita know that I had one big goal besides obtaining a new vehicle, I DONT WANT A CO-SIGNER!!! My mind was BLOWN by how quick and easy everything was. The only part that I had trouble with was getting my insurance company to answer the phone on a Saturday. Lol I was able to purchase my vehicle with no co-signer and the vehicle checked all the boxes. I’m still in awe and highly impressed! I would highly recommend CarMax and Lupita as a sales agent! “Car shopping is super stressful. Our car was totaled and with mine & my husbands schedules we had only Saturdays to shop for cars. We also had a time limit as that day was the last day we had our rental. We live in Blairsville so we had to go to bigger cities to find a good car within our budget. Our sales person, Kiki, was so freakin patient with us. My husband and I took our 2 year old with us to car shop. By the time we got to CarMax it was 2 pm and my toddler was running on no nap & all cylinders—running around the show room, snacks, toys, coloring books, and a cup strewn across the desk. Everyone there was so nice & patient with us. Even with my attitude because I was exhausted from car shopping all day. Ms. Kiki called USAA about 25904258 times on top of it to make sure our loan was correct. It was a slower evening so everyone made rounds to make sure we were doing okay. They even helped me convince my husband to go with a beautiful Mazda CX-5 because of the safety features for our family & the reliability of the Mazda vs. something that was not going to be as good for our family. We were there till close and we were still treated with patience and kindness. No one was pushy or trying to move us out the door in order to just get a sale. Thank you to the staff & Ms. Kiki for all your patience, kindness, and willingness to work with us to finally have a great car for our family. My husband and I can’t thank you enough.”

“Everyone knows how stressful buying a new car can be. I was fully prepared to have to deal with the normal ups and downs with looking and purchasing a vehicle. But, Nick and the staff at the Gainesville location made it so easy and so stress free that I was literally shocked and amazed at how simple they made it!
