“Let me start off by saying I’ve purchased 2 vehicles from Rafael when he worked for select motors car dealership. Rafeal was the only reason I referred my brother and his fiance here. I stopped by Wednesday and confirmed Rafael not only worked here but he was in fact the owner. I doubled back Saturday with my brother and his fiance because they were ready to purchase a vehicle. Marko was very helpful, short staffed for sure but he was doing the best he could. Everything was going well. We literally was there for hours(4) before finally getting to speak to the finance guy. An older Hispanic male. His demeanor wasn’t welcoming at all, and he was very rude and easily irritated. Almost as if he didn’t want to be there and or he didn’t want to help assist us. Marko told us a vehicle would be 12,000 but the angry finance guy told us it would be 15,000. A whole 3k difference. We tried to get a better understanding for the quoted price but the finance guy was so rude and unprofessional he told us to exit his office. We definitely exchanged words, but he was the aggressor. Once we matched his rude energy he threatened to call the police. Meanwhile he kept making smart remarks as we were exiting the building. Luckily my brother has good self control because it definitely would’ve got physical had I not calmed him down even though the unnamed finance guy kept making smart remarks. Safe to say I will never buy or recommend this business to anyone I know. I understand Rafeal is the owner now but he needs better workers representing him and his establishment because the type of unprofessionalism we received today after waiting hours while Marko helped assist many others was very disappointing. Rafeal needs to hire better help asap. Just make sure the prices are the same at the time of paperwork as they are advertising online. Rafeal run the cameras back in the office and you’ll see EL STUPO is very bad for business.”

This place is one of a kind, from the lovely and inviting interior of the shop, to the extensive car lot, they really have it all. Plus, everyone here is so nice and welcoming! Rafael and Marco made this such a wonderful experience for us.
