“I purchased a 2019 Dodge Durango from this dealership after being assured it had no accidents. Not long after, I noticed the air conditioner wasn’t working. I took it to my mechanic, and he showed me the condenser was bent and told me the damage was from an accident. When I told the dealership, they said to bring the car in. But once they realized fixing it would be expensive, they started making excuses and refused to repair it. I went to a dealership instead of a private seller to avoid these kinds of problems and to feel confident I was buying a clean car. Instead, it’s been nothing but stress and back-and-forth since the purchase. I expected honesty and accountability, but that’s not what I received here.”
