“We purchased a Ram Big Horn diesel truck from Car Castle in Fullerton. Our salesperson, John, was extremely kind and reassuring, promising that everything we noticed on the truck would be fixed. Once the deal was done and we drove off, the truck was on empty, needed DEF, and had multiple warning lights on. We were told this was just because “the levels were low” and everything would reset. We called more than 10 times trying to get the maintenance department to help because the truck was throwing codes and needed an emissions filter replacement costing $1,500. They constantly delayed, stopped returning calls, and never scheduled repairs. Because we had an out-of-town trip and the truck was not safe to drive, we took it to an actual Dodge dealership and paid out-of-pocket. When we called back to let them know (since these issues were present at time of purchase), we were handed off to a manager named Eddie, who was extremely dismissive and unprofessional. He tried to claim nothing needed repair, refused to take responsibility, and argued instead of helping. Meanwhile, John—who knew this was an issue before we purchased—just said Eddie was the only person we could deal with. End result: we are $1,500 out of pocket for repairs that should have been handled BEFORE the sale. They cleared codes to hide issues instead of fixing them and had no intention of standing behind their promises. Do NOT buy a car here unless every promised repair is completed BEFORE you leave the lot. Once they get your money, the support disappears. Beware.”

“Do not buy anything from here. This is a classic shady used car lot. They pressure you into buying stuff you don't need, they have add-ons. They can't be removed, and they're incredibly dishonest. I bought a van here from Javier about a month ago. As soon as the one month powertrain warranty ran out, I started having problems with the differential. They kept my test drives short so the vehicle wouldn't warm up, preventing my problem from being heard during the test drives. It's not worth it. Don't buy it from here”
