He showed us many options and helped get us the best deal. I cannot recommend Odis enough if you’re looking for a new car and want to be taken care of! Rose is finance was great also!”

“My wife and I needed to purchase a new car since her car was totalled from falling ice after the most recent storm. Jacob Torres greeted me as soon as I walked in the door, asked me what I was in the market for, and then proceeded to take me directly to the car without all of the sales tactics so many places use. I hate wasting time, and most dealerships play that game, keep you in the building so you dont have time to shop other stores. Jacob wasn't like that, He was very professional and managed my time very well. After a little back and forth with the price, we walked out with our beautiful new(used) car. Thank you for giving us a good experience!!”

“I want to start off by saying, Mike is THE MAN.👏🏻
We got hit with a bad hailstorm that totaled both my husband and I's cars. With kids, jobs, sports, and all around busy life - we were kind of on a timecrunch, but dreading car shopping for both of us, figuring realistically, we would have to do one at a time to maintain our sanity.
Then we stopped in, met Mike, and signed on not only my new mom car, but a slick K4 for my husband.
Mike was nothing like other salesman we had dealt with before elsewhere. He let us (and my son who LOVES cars) look and get in any one we even glanced at, took every dig we threw hit was with a smile (& even had some good comebacks!), and never once pushed us uncomfortably. As a woman, he was sure to include me in all conversation, and sat with me on his computer to view and handpick every detail - something I haven't experienced elsewhere, where the sales person spoke past me and only to my husband.
He is an awesome, vest wearing (important!), human all around.
We also had a great experience on the back side with Sam in financial, who despite the late hour, made signing smooth and easy!
I love my2026 Carnival, and my husband is stoked about his 2025 K4. We both are comfortable and confident in our purchases thanks to Mike answering every question!

“I recently walked into Kia of Frisco interested in test-driving the EV9, and from the moment I arrived, I was greeted with professionalism and genuine customer care. Ammar was the first to welcome me, and he immediately got me set up for the test drive. While the EV9 was a great vehicle, it ended up being just a bit out of my price range.
However, something else caught my eye in the showroom was a stunning 2025 Wolf Gray Telluride Prestige X-Line Pro with Terracotta interior. I turned to Ammar and said, "If you can make that SUV happen, I’ll take it." Without missing a beat, he got us behind the wheel for a test drive, patiently answering every question I had.
From there, the buying process was smooth, transparent, and refreshingly pressure-free. The team never once tried to upsell me on unwanted add-ons. Ammar worked closely with me to explore all my options, from trade-in values to down payment scenarios, making sure everything fit comfortably within my budget.
This was, hands down, the best dealership experience I’ve ever had. Even though I was making a purchase, the level of attention and service I received made me feel like a valued customer from start to finish.
