“The worst experience buying a new vehicle Draw your own conclusions. I purchased a brand-new 2025 Nissan Pathfinder, and within two weeks it began experiencing a sensor failure. When I filed a complaint, the Director of Customer Service, Annabella K, instead of offering support or professional assistance, verbally mistreated me for “speaking negatively” about their products and even hung up the phone on me. After the repair, the situation became worse. The vehicle was returned to me dirty and with missing parts. The level of negligence was such that the salesperson — the only professional and genuinely helpful person during this entire process, Bryan Delgadillo — felt embarrassed and personally took the vehicle to be washed immediately. Buying a new vehicle should not turn into a nightmare. I do not recommend this dealer for purchasing a vehicle. A truly disappointing experience.”
