“I purchased this car for my daughter. Crest Nissan offered the best price within a 300-mile radius of Dallas, Texas. I had an excellent experience purchasing this car from Crest Nissan dealership.
My sales representative, Taruna Singh, was amazing. She answered all my questions and made the price negotiation process much easier. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with both the dealership and the salesperson. I would definitely return to this dealership to purchase another car.”

“Jason Verde was great... His customer service was outstanding. He was upfront about the wait due to the rush of cars that came in before me. He provided updates throughout my wait. I have worked with Jason previously at the other Nissan location and was super excited to see him here. His level of customer service was second to none there and it obviously carried over to this location. He, by far, out-shined his colleagues who sat around him. I will definitely return as long as I get Jason as my service advisor.”

“The worst experience buying a new vehicle
Draw your own conclusions. I purchased a brand-new 2025 Nissan Pathfinder, and within two weeks it began experiencing a sensor failure. When I filed a complaint, the Director of Customer Service, Annabella K, instead of offering support or professional assistance, verbally mistreated me for “speaking negatively” about their products and even hung up the phone on me.
After the repair, the situation became worse. The vehicle was returned to me dirty and with missing parts. The level of negligence was such that the salesperson — the only professional and genuinely helpful person during this entire process, Bryan Delgadillo — felt embarrassed and personally took the vehicle to be washed immediately.
Buying a new vehicle should not turn into a nightmare. I do not recommend this dealer for purchasing a vehicle.
A truly disappointing experience.”

“I found the car I've been looking for down to the T. Matt the car salesman was absolutely amazing he was not pushy but he got the job done! And the finance guy Leo Tang was very friendly as well and amazing at his job as well... they blessed me for sure on my car i purchased
!! I would recommend them to anyone! This purchase has been by far the easiest amd smoothest car deal i have ever done!!! Thanks again guys!!”
