In response to Tony’s Google reply:
It is evident that your entire team is hyper-focused on selling the protection package. I spoke with multiple members of your staff, including Vince, DeShawn, and Rosa, and **every single time** I offered to pay the advertised price of "$21,888 plus TTL", I was refused the sale. Each time I called back for an update, I was told, “I’m sorry, management does not approve of the sale.”
Please stop playing games with honest customers who visit your dealership based on false pretenses. I am fortunate to live nearby in Clear Lake, but I feel especially bad for customers who travel over 100 miles only to discover that your dealership operates as a bait-and-switch business.
I also emailed both you and your manager and did not receive a single phone call or email in response. This lack of transparency and accountability is unacceptable and deeply disappointing.

The worst bait-and-switch experiences I’ve ever had at a dealership. My wife inquired online about a car listed at $21,888 and clearly stated she did not want to pay more than $20,000. She was told that was reasonable. Based on that assurance, I went to the dealership with $20,000 cash in hand.
I worked with Rosa, who was pleasant and professional, and the test drive went fine. However, when it came time to talk numbers, everything changed. I explained that Yvonne had already said $20,000 was acceptable, but suddenly a manager—who never even bothered to introduce himself or speak with me directly—stepped in and rejected that offer.
Instead, they tried to force a so-called “protection package” costing around $5,000 onto the deal, pushing the price from the advertised $21,888 to nearly $28,000 out the door with TTL. This package added zero real value and felt like nothing more than a cash grab.
The entire visit was a complete waste of time. Do not trust what you’re told online, via email, or through chat—those promises clearly don’t mean anything once you show up in person. This dealership seems more interested in upselling overpriced add-ons than honoring their own quotes. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
